How Sessions Work
Each session is shaped by what’s being worked with. Sessions meet leaders where they are, not where a curriculum says they should be. The time is used as needed. Some sessions focus on goals already set and what comes next.
Others explore a framework, tool, or distinction that’s relevant in the moment. Sometimes a real situation from work gets unpacked and examined from new angles. And sometimes space is needed to think out loud, process, or vent without forcing productivity. The space itself does work.
The structure serves the person, not the other way around.

Long-term work for leaders navigating complexity, reshaping leadership approach, or building new capacities under sustained pressure. As needed sessions, typically ~26, (cadence set together).
Tools and Assessments
All private coaching engagements include EQ-i 2.0 and PQ Saboteur assessments available as part of engagements, when useful, with personalized analysis, access to proprietary frameworks, and email support between sessions.
Monthly sessions are "as needed"
All monthly engagements include flexibility in scheduling. I don’t count sessions. The session counts listed above are typical, not limits. We might start weekly, transition to bi-weekly, and level off at monthly if that serves the work. Busy leaders often shift sessions based on travel, projects, or urgent priorities. What matters is sustained engagement over time and the outcomes being worked toward.
Group Coaching
Group coaching develops the skills that transform how leaders engage: asking sharper questions, listening with intent, building trust that generates discretionary effort. Leaders who develop these capacities create conditions where people think, own, and perform without being managed.
The work is designed for leadership teams and cohorts, leaders refining their approach and first-time managers finding their footing. Group engagements are built around context and outcomes.
Speaking Engagements
Speaking engagements focus on leadership presence, emotional intelligence, trust, and The Line, a breakthrough framework for emotional regulation that transforms how leaders navigate pressure and uncertainty.
Sessions are tailored to the audience and context rather than delivered as fixed talks. Topics, format, and fees vary depending on the event and objectives.
